Monday to Friday Continental

Our Continental breakfast varies with seasonal availability from our main produce source, Everdale Organic Farm. Their organic fruits and vegetables are a staple at the table. Fresh home baked goods made by your host Janet are on the table as well every morning. Various nuts, granola, berries, yogurt and more are available to round out a yummy and nutritious start to the day.

Weekend Hot Breakfast

As with weekday meals, we source as much as we can locally and our main produce supplier is Everdale Organic Farm located right around the corner. Can you say fresh? Ask about the stories behind some of the unique and interesting condiments. We are more than happy to chat with you about how they ended up on our table.

Beverages include a variety of juices, teas and coffee. If you are a cyclist, you will be especially interested in the Twisted Spoke coffee which, outside of the micro-roaster’s community, can only be found at Tailwinds!

Janet loves to cook and her breakfast does not disappoint! Whether she is whipping up griddle cakes or a nice fluffy souffle, there is always lots of flare and a bit of love going into the recipe. Trevor is Janet’s faithful “sous” who flips and stirs at her direction. We like to vary the menu, so be sure to come back to sample all of Janet’s wonderful cooking.
